Crown Communities Unveils The Grove at Hamilton Mill

Atlanta-based Crown Communities was recently named one of Builder Magazine’s top 100 builders in the nation, but the company is not resting on its success.

Today, Crown Communities is pleased to announce the opening of The Grove at Hamilton Mill, a swim/tennis community in Gwinnett County.

Crown will be building 35 detail-driven homes priced from the $200's and will range in size from 2,050 - 4,945 heated square feet.  Homes will feature 5-inch hand-scraped hardwoods, elegant granite countertops with tile backsplashes in the kitchen, and a variety of dramatic ceiling treatments - with tray, vaulted and coffered ceilings in most rooms.

Marvin Brown, Vice President of Sales for Crown Communities, believes Crown's emphasis on building value, unmatched interior and exterior features and enviable locations have been paramount to the company’s success and The Grove at Hamilton Mill is a perfect example.  “The Grove has all the elements to be a best-seller,” said Brown.  “A great Hamilton Mill location with shopping, dining, golf and entertaining just minutes away, coupled with stellar schools and the value and included features of a Crown home is a recipe for success.”

Brown reports that even before the official opening of the community, local buyers recognized the Crown difference immediately and the community already has three contracts and a healthy database of prospects.

To visit, take I-85 North to Hamilton Mill Parkway (Exit 120). Make a right onto Hamilton Mill Parkway and stay straight to 4-way stop at Hog Mountain Road. Turn right onto Hog Mountain Road and travel less than a mile to the community entrance on the left.

The sales center is open Monday-Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM, and noon to 7 PM on Sunday.  For more information, contact the Sales Center at 678-835-9767 or to view the wide selection of available homes Crown Communities has to offer at www.CrownUS.com.
