GCPD Recognizes 15 Citizen Volunteers

On April 19, Gwinnett County Police Chief Charles M. Walters presented 15 volunteers with the President's Volunteer Service Award in recognition of their service to the Gwinnett County Police Department.

According to a GCPD press release, the President’s Volunteer Service Award program honors those "Americans who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, inspire others to engage in volunteer service."

The Gwinnett County Police volunteers honored included:

  • Ron Bennett: 224 hours                                
  • Jerri Campli: 232 hours
  • Susan Cepero: 144 hours                        
  • Pete Cuttino: 119 hours
  • Richard Hally: 248 hours                            
  • David Hawkins: 125 hours
  • Kenny Jackson: 165 hours                           
  • Bruce Lindsey: 211 hours
  • Carl Moller: 168 hours                                
  • Robert Pritts: 142 hours
  • Eric Walker: 131 hours                        
  • Katrina White: 106 hours
  • Steve Bartlett: 348 hours                            
  • Delana Funderburk: 332 hours
  • Jaime Hanson: 544 hours
