Gwinnett Medical Center (GMC) and Partnership Gwinnett hosted their latest health forum, This One’s for the Girls: Keeping yourself healthy at every age., Oct. 26 at Gwinnett Technical College. The event ran from 7:30-9 a.m. and included the following sponsors: Gwinnett Technical College, Georgia United Credit Union and Bank of North Georgia.

More than 160 community members attended the program, which included a free, healthy continental breakfast.

Keynote speaker Ceylon Rowland, MD, from GMC’s Gwinnett Physicians Group OB/GYN discussed various women’s lifecycle topics including: Pregnancy, Menopause, Cancer, Gynecological Surgery and Screenings. An overwhelming response to the presentation led to an extended Q&A session and individual questions for Dr. Rowland.
