Literacy Volunteers of Atlanta Executive Director Victoria Kingsland will speak at the Jan. 20 meeting of the Philadelphia Winn National Society DAR. She will describe how LVA enhances the lives of families, workers, and communities through the power of literacy facilitated by volunteer tutors.
