Car Stolen While Owner in QuikTrip
Victim left car running while he went inside store to make a purchase.
A Buford man said his vehicle was stolen while he was inside the QuikTrip located at 2460 Hamilton Mill Parkway in Dacula.

A Buford man got a drink, but lost his vehicle during a Dec. 26 visit to the Hamilton Mill QuikTrip.
According to the Gwinnett County Police Department report, the 24-year-old victim said he left the engine running on his black 2008 Chevrolet Silverado while he went inside the QuikTrip to purchase a "refreshing beverage."
When he returned, his vehicle was gone.
According to the victim, a witness told him that a white male with a Rebel flag tattoo got in the vehicle and drove away. The victim was unable to provide police with any further information about the suspect or the witness.
The case is listed as active.
