Dacula Docket Book for June 30
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between June 26 and June 30. Those arrested and their charges include:
April Latrice Hamilton, 545 Maeve Lane, Dacula, was arrested on June 26 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
Juan Alberto Concha-Bayona, 2499 Mitford Court, Dacula, was arrested on June 26 and charged with a probation violation.
Anthony David Stephenson, 2520 Harbins Mill Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 27 and charged with speeding and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Fredy Roberto Trejo, 2793 Sam Calvin Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 27 and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, driving without a license and an equipment violation. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Andy Ray Evans, 3062 Indian Shoals Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 27 and is being held for another agency.
Carlos Carlton Tanner, 148 Circle Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 27 for running a red light and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Christopher Dewayne Massey, 2241 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 for a violation of probation.
Reyna Lopez-Santos, 2755 Harbins Mill Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 and charged with improper lane change and DUI.
Justin Keith Spears, 825 Tanner Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 and charged with a probation violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Ronnie Lynn Craft, 1656 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 and charged with violating Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act.
