Dacula Docket Book for March 10

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 5 and March 10. Those arrested and their charges include:

Jose Francisco Velez, 2601 Little Fox Drive, Dacula, was arrested on March 5 and charged with DUI.

Eric Nacmin Marbin-Cuevas, 2730 Brookton Lane, Dacula, was arrested on March 5 and charged with a tag light violation and driving with an expired license. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Jason Troy Tucker, 895 Willow Park Court, Dacula, was arrested on March 6 and charged with failure to maintain lane and possession of marijuana. 

, 3960 Jim Moore Road, Dacula, was arrested on March 6 and charged with four counts related to the reproduction of recorded material.

Robbie James Tuggle, 2280 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on March 7 and charged with DUI.

Gifty Anti, 2307 Mitford Court, Dacula, was arrested on March 7 and charged with giving false name or information.

Daniel Duane Gibbs, 2755 Fort Apachee Trail, Dacula, was arrested on March 8 and charged with loitering.

Yovette Zondvonzell Lewis, 1081 Wildwood Wake Bend, Dacula, was arrested on March 8 and charged with battery.

James Bird, 1210 Port Royal Court, Dacula, was arrested on March 8 and charged with theft by conversion, unsecured load, operating without license in possession and expired tag.

Julian Esteban Rivera, 714 Strattom Court, Dacula, was arrested on March 8 and charged with theft by taking.

Sherry Tina Casper, 2984 Freeman Mill Road, Dacula, was arrested on March 8 and charged with giving false name or information and obstruction of law enforcement officer.
