Dacula Docket Book for Oct. 20

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

Brandon Robert Duncan, 2523 Carleton Gold Road, Dacula, was arrested on Oct. 16 on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant.
Barry Richard Duncan, 2523 Carleton Gold Road, Dacula, was arrested on Oct. 16 on a charge of failure to appear and an outstanding warrant.

Kenneth Wayne Atherton-Ely, 2671 Colleen Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Oct. 18 on a probation violation charge.
Joseff Quincy Collins, 2055 Lakeland Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Oct. 18 on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Oct. 16 and Oct. 20. Those arrested and their charges include:
