Dacula Docket Book for Sept. 22
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22. Those arrested and their charges include:
Samuel Ruben Talpes, 3660 Hamilton Dam Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 20 on a probation violation charge.
Linda Maria Corey, 3027 Evonshire Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 19 on a probation violation charge.
Dana Michelle Atha, 563 South Street, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 19 on charges of theft by shoplifting and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Michael Anthony Wable, 1530 Brisband Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 19 on charges of improper lane change, DUI and an equipment violation.
Jonathan Richard Atha, 435 Tanner Road, was arrested on Sept. 18 on a charge of obstruction. He is also being held for another agency.
