The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between Jan. 6 and Jan. 10. Those arrested and their charges include:
Orlando Alfredo Alberto-Calderon, 2570 Paul Thomas Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 6 and charged with driving while unlicensed and improper u-turn. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Deborah Kay Atha, 456 McMillan Road, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 6 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
Brandon Travis Mobley, 2263 Stanley Road #A6, Dacula, was taken into custody on Jan. 6 and is being held on an outstanding warrant.
Mary Sue Sergi, 2636 High Creek Run, was arrested on Jan. 7 and charged with failure to yield turning left, no proof insurance and DUI.
Radu Russu, 281 Beckenham Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 8 and charged with deposit account fraud and first-degree forgery.
Juan Antonio Garcia-Espitia, 1240 Lilac Arbor Road, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 9 and charged with failure to maintain lane, driving while unlicensed and DUI.
