A change in conditions zoning request for property on Braselton Highway near Jim Moore Road will not be decided until next month.
According to Gwinnett County Planning Commission Chairman Chuck Warbington, the owner of the property known as "The Shire at Mulberry Creek" requested the case be tabled until the Sept. 4 planning commission meeting.
This is the second time the hearing has been postponed. The case was originally scheduled to go before the planning commission in July.
