What ever happened to blowing your horn? they do it in NYC all the time. Is that because they are not allowed to have guns? Pointing a weapon at another person should be assault with intent to commit bodily harm. I would never point a weapon at another person for not moving when the light turned green, cutting me off or slamming on the brakes in front of me. I'll even go as far as to say, in my opinion, that as the Constitution says "shall not be infringed", that the fact "If the weapon is carried concealed another background check is required, picture made and fingerprinting for the carry license" is an infringement on the right to keep and bear arms. – Tommy Hunter on  Why the Country Levies More Restrictions on Cars Than on Firearms
