‘Well-Endowed’ Man Flashes Woman

Incident occurred in the parking lot of the Hog Mountain Kroger.

A woman and her 17-year-old daughter got an eyeful as they walked through the parking lot of the Hog Mountain Kroger last month.

According to the police report, the victims were returning to their vehicle when they passed a man standing at the open passenger side door of a full-sized black pickup truck. As the two women walked by, the suspect turned towards them. The mother said the suspect acted as if he was deliberately trying to make sure someone was watching him. At that point, the woman noticed the man’s pants were pulled down far enough to expose his genitalia.

The woman and her daughter quickly left the parking lot and called 911. The woman later told police she was too shocked to confront the man and did not attempt to obtain a tag number or even the make or model of the suspect’s vehicle.

By the time the police arrived at the parking lot, the suspect was gone.

The woman described the suspect as a “well-groomed” white male in his late 30s with dark colored hair. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a long-sleeved, blue dress shirt and black dress pants.

In the report, the officer wrote, “The complainant also stated the male was ‘very well endowed,’ referring to the size of his penis, and seemed as though he was trying to show it off.”

The case has been closed due to lack of additional details that would help identify the suspect.

While I would never expect a woman to confront a person doing something like this, she should have cleared her head long enough to attempt to obtain the license plate number, as long as it did not put her in jeopardy. Deviants like this need to be dealt with and being stricken by the size of one's manhood instead of getting at least a few letters or numbers from the plate could have stopped this person from doing it to someone else. A 17 year old child is bad enough. There are plenty of young children in the area that should not have to see something like this and if it were my daughter he would have never done it again.

I can understand why she didn't get a tag number or anything else. When someone is a witness to that kind of 'thing' and has had little to zero 'experience' with sicko's, it's a shock and most folks just need to get the heck away.

There are some sick people out there. I did chuckle at this a bit though.

I had to chuckle as well. I know it isn't a laughing matter, only sick people feel the need to expose themselves, but... too bad somebody didn't see 'it' and just crack up laughing. I know how frightening it had to be for the women who had to witness it.

"Observe and Report" popped up into my head when I read this. Is public exposure a serious thing? Of course. Did I get a good chuckle out of this article? Absolutely.

Why not appreciate his package and move on, I'm assuming all persons present have seen a package before. Was anyone really harmed? Maybe he just dumped hot coffee in his lap and the entire insident was completely innocent.

APPRECIATE his package? Tracy, are you serious? It doesn't matter if someone has previously seen a 'package' or not, it's against the law first of all! It's obvious that if a person feels like he/she has to expose themselves to strangers in a public place, there is an unstable person running around. I have a 34 year old daughter and two young g'daughters. I don't want these sick people running around doing this disgusting stuff... then thinking they might take the next step. If anyone hurt one of my girls, I'D be the one behind bars. Questions for you... What kind of vehicle do YOU drive... and where were you on that day, do you have dark hair, long sleeved blue shirt and black dress pants?

Tracy, I don't know you or your story, but I do find it interesting that this is the post you'd like share with such a large number of Patch followers. I have had coffee spilled in my lap. It never occurred to me to get out of my car, lower my pants and and clean up in plain view of pedestrians. Maybe you've seen a well endowed man, but my 4 year old daughter has not. I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere knowing she would be subjected to a "well endowed" man or any penis size for that matter. And I can honestly say I would be angry if this man showed himself to her as we unsuspectedly carried our groceries to our car.

I realize one of the pedestrians was 17, but I don't feel very confident that this man would see someone of a lesser age and think "oh, she's only 5. I'll wait for someone a little older before exposing myself". Not that anyone of any age should be subjected to this man's antics.

Having said that, the fact that the "well endowed" description was even in the headline of this article is a bit interesting. Is the title supposed to attract attention to the article so that we can be informed of the illegal activity in our community or is it to point out that this man was well endowed?

I avoided reading the article at first because I felt the title itself set the story up to be of a less than serious nature. After actually reading the article, I felt it was presented in a professional way and am glad to have read it so that I am aware that this has happened.

This is continued from my first post.....
If it was me walking by and seeing this man, I would be in disbelief, go to my car and call the 911. Not everyone reacts the same or interprets the situation identically so in this case your opinion and mine are irrelevant. BUT, having the right to voice our opinions and respect the opinions of others is invaluable.

Tracy, are you male or female, or maybe you are the well endowed man , because you seen to want to give a sexual deviant a PASS! Have you hear of Jaycee Lee Dugggard, her rapist started out with just exposing himself for the sexual thrill. In 2010 there were 17 state registered sexual offenders living in Dacula. That means 1 sicko for every 320 citizens. They live in Evergreen, 3 on Luke Edwards Road, 1 just down the street from this Kroger on Hwy 124 before you get to the Del Rio Shopping Center and of course those over on Tanner and MIchelle Road. GO to google and just type in, sexual offenders in Dacula Georgia to get their names, crimes, and addresses. As a realtor, I always check to see how close one is to the house my client wants to buy. I knew a girl, at UGA, that had a sicko with a cut hole in his pants trying to get her attention in the library durning spring quarter. She was smart enough to get up and tell the librarian to call 911. It was not the first time he had exposed himself and his attorney wanted her to drop the case! NOT GUNNA HAPPEN! Stay alert! Turn them in! No Consequence No Change!!

Tracy, regardless of male or female clearly has an issue. Anyone who thinks this is OK either has no clue or they are simply trying to rouse everyone up.

Good post Gina. The issue here is that people like this who do these things and get away with it are emboldened to do it more often, or worse, increase their illegal and disgusting behavior. Flashing a woman today could very well turn into raping a woman tomorrow. This isn't a harmless act but rather the actions of a sick individual that needs to suffer consequences for his actions. As I stated earlier, if this would have happen in front of my 5 year old daughter I would most likely be sitting in jail right now and the well endowed man would have to pee sitting down from now on.

I've had something similar happen to me. A coworker and I were on a sidewalk near Georgia State and a young man was walking toward us wearing a long t-shirt and low, baggy pants. As he approached us, he raised up his t-shirt and exposed himself with his boxers and pants hanging down around his hips beneath his genitalia, and kept walking. We were talking to each other and didn't pay any attention to him, barely noticing him. After he passed us, we looked at each other and commented that we couldn't believe he had done that and that he was probably trying to shock a couple of middle-aged women. There was a police station across the street, so we went in and made a report. The desk officer said that they had just received several reports from students at Georgia State on the same person. Surely this isn't the new version of streaking, but perverted acts that could lead to more dangerous behavior.

Even though the wording might seem non journalistic, I think the description was used in the article so that if any of the readers comes across this deviant we would remember, due to the description, that this guy is at it again and we should call 911 immediately. Now that he is a know deviant in our area, he is more likely to be caught. Everyone I know has a cell phone with a camera on it, Let's get this guy off the streets with a photo for the cops and the jury! Also be aware of your surroundings as in why is this guy out of his car and wanting my attention and not heading towards the doors to shop? As women we are always subject to being prey for the sick so let's be aware, many strike at the same location (MO) because they got their needed fix at that location before. I appreciate the Patch keeping us informed and also to the many citizens that have shared similar incidents so we ca be made aware that this is not a lone event.
