The Winder-Barrow Community Theatre was founded in early 2002. The organization's mission is "to make a positive difference in the life of our community, primarily through dramatic productions, and to assist community members in achieving their highest potential by providing performance opportunities, workshops and education in the theatrical arts." 

Regular monthly meetings are typically held the third Monday of the month at the Colleen Williams Theater inside the Winder Cultural Arts Center.
