Five Things to Do in Dacula, Gwinnett This Week

The first week of July is full of activities for you and the family.

1. Sample some art at the Tannery Row Artist Colony at 554 W. Main St. in Buford, which is open this week from 12 to 5 Tuesday to Saturday. The Hot!Hot!Hot! event began on June 28 and features the artwork of the colony's newest members.

2. Grab some home grown produce at the Grayson Farmers Market, held at Grayson City Park from 3:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Parking for the event is available at 475 Grayson Pkwy.

3. Celebrate independence early (or late) at the Fantastic Fourth Celebration at Stone Mountain Park from July 3-5. This is the 46th year of the critically-acclaimed fireworks, laser, and music display celebrating our nation's independence.
