Police Investigating Fatal Shooting Near Local High School
A Gwinnett County Public Schools spokesperson says the shooting involved students.

Lawrenceville police are currently investigating a shooting that happened near Phoenix High School.
According to Gwinnett County Public Schools spokesperson Sloan Roach, the shooting occurred between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. at a restaurant on McConnell Street near the Pike Street campus. At least two students were involved.
"We have been told that there may be a fatality involved," said Roach in an email.
