Liver transplant survivor recipient of the Make-A-Wish's Foundation 5,000th wish.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia & Alabama celebrated granting their 5000th wish on Sunday, May 15, by hosting a special event for 6-year-old Caroline Clayton, a Dacula liver transplant survivor, on the .

Caroline, , served as grand marshal of the organization's first ever puppy parade along with her new puppy Boo.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia and Alabama is now in its 16th year. The foundation grants wishes to children facing life-threatening medical conditions. The Make-A-Wish Foundation has 64 chapters in the United States and grants more than 14,000 wishes each year.
