• Remarks: Make sure soups are 135F or above. Keep employee drinks in an area away from food containers or prep.

• Violation of Code: [.03(5)(j)1&2 ] Employee drinking out of a non disposable cup. Cup removed from food service area. Employee drinks must be in a disposable cup with a lid and a straw.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] sanitizing solution in wiping cloth buckets below 100 ppm chlorine. Remade buckets to proper sanitizer levels. Wet wiping clothes must be stored in proper sanitizing solution.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
• Violation of Code: [.04(4)(k) ] Utensils for rice sitting in water at 122F. Utensils sent to dishwashing, new utensils set in dry container. In use utensils must be stored in hot water at/above 135F, cold running water or on a clean dry surface.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
