Dacula Patch: What is your most popular dish?

Robert Thomas: If the question was our most popular appetizer we would have to go with our Chicken Nachos but since the question is asking for most popular dish we need to go with our Fish and Chips.

Dacula Patch: What makes this dish great?

Robert Thomas: We start with 14 to 18 ounces of white flakey fish, each of the 4 pieces are hand dipped in a fresh beer batter that is made in-house by one of our chef’s. As we are a 95 percent scratch kitchen we serve it with our own house made tarter sauce and a very generous portion of fries that are hand cut daily from real Idaho potatoes. What really makes this dish great is the wonderful flavor, the abundance of food and all for less than $10. It is by far one of our most popular dishes.
