Ice Cream Shop Goes Out of Business
The Hamilton Mill area store was family owned and operated.
A local ice cream shop has closed its doors.
Carvel, located at 3685 Braselton Highway in Dacula, closed its doors on Monday, Oct. 28.
The store, which served ice cream and custom cakes, had been family owned and operated since 2006.
In an emailed news tip to Dacula Patch, a reader referred to the business as "yet another victim of this wonderful economy."
Attempts to reach the owners for comment were unsuccessful.
