Mall of Georgia to Get New, Expanded Stores

Häagen-Dazs and Altar'd State will open new stores; Shoe Dept. will be expanded.

The Mall of Georgia is adding new stores, the mall’s management announced Thursday.

According to a press release, Häagen-Dazs and Altar’d State will open new stores, and the Shoe Dept. will be expanded.

Häagen-Dazs, which has locations in 50 countries, will open a 240-square-foot store on the upper level of the mall between Coach and Sunglass Hut. The store is expected to open Aug. 1.

Altar’d State, which is expected to open in the fall, will be located on the lower level across from Pottery Barn. The 5,060-square-foot store specializes in woman’s clothes.

SHOE DEPT. will debut its newly expanded 6,566 square foot space by the end of July.
