New Assisted Living Development Planned Near Hamilton Mill

Dogwood Forest community is expected to be completed in 2015 and bring 50 jobs to the area.

A senior assisted living facility planned near Hamilton Mill is expected to bring 50 jobs to the area, according to a press release.

Aspire Development Partners and Solomon Development Services announced that an 80-unit facility on Braselton Highway will start construction this summer and open in 2015.

Trinity Lifestyles Management will manage the community under the Dogwood Forest brand. There are seven Dogwood Farms communities in metro Atlanta, according to the press release.

According to the press release:

The Hamilton Mill assisted living community will include the next generation of technology and will be built to the highest life safety standards. The community will boast two bistros, fine dining, a wellness center, gardens, a personal training fitness center, concierge services, a library, and special events rooms all in a healing environment which includes music, aromatherapy, color therapy and specialized wellness protocols for healing and thriving.
