New Sports-Themed Barber Shop Opens

Looking for a manly place to get a haircut? A new sports-themed barber shop near the Mall of Georgia hopes to hit a home run with the guys.

“What’s better than being in a relaxing environment, where sports is on TV everywhere you look, with well-trained stylists and no need for an appointment when it’s time for a haircut?” said Robert Klaus, Team Leader for the new Sport Clips in a released statement. “Those are just a few reasons why we know Sport Clips will be a hit for the guys here in Buford.”

Sport Clips Haircuts, located at 3410 Buford Drive, is one of 800 franchise locations nationwide. The shop offers haircuts, neck and shoulder massages, male-focused hair care and styling products and large, flat-screen televisions with sports programming at each haircut station and in the waiting area. Sport Clips also offers sports memorabilia for sale. 

“It was exciting to open our doors and let people come in and experience it for themselves,” Klaus said. “The Sport Clips concept continues to grow as a hair care option for guys, a great place for stylists to work and as a franchise business investment opportunity. We’re glad to be a part of it.”
