No More Banking Inside Hamilton Mill Suntrust

Months after announcing the closing, Suntrust has shuttered the branch in the Hamilton Mill Publix.

The closure was announced on May 31. In a June 4 email to Dacula Patch, company spokesperson Mike McCoy wrote, “SunTrust, like all banking companies, must constantly refine its branch network to meet the changing needs and transaction patterns of clients. The opening and closing of branches has become a natural part of ensuring that SunTrust is able to maximize its market opportunities and meet the needs of its clients in an efficient and effective manner."

In a letter to customers and in a notice posted at the Hamilton Mill Publix branch, Suntrust encourages customers to visit the Hamilton Mill North branch located at 3480 Braselton Highway.
