I love Green Tea, The food is always very good and the staff is always great. But they keep getting written up for the same stuff by the health inspectors, put the darn gloves on stupid.... I have been reading all these heath reports around the Gwinnett area for a few months now, and have learned to start watching what is going on in restaurants.. I see so many violations that it now bothers me. The Sushi thing with not wearing gloves happens at about 1/2 of the sushi places that I go to. I was at a fast food fish chain in lawrenceville the other week waiting on my order. The cook was standing in the window preparing food, when I noticed that he wasn't wearing gloves, so I told myself, "maybe he is using a tool to handle the fish", the it happened... he wiped his nose with his hand... The on duty manager also saw it and said something to him, he put on gloves and went back to work.. then he wiped his nose again with the gloves on... When I complained and wanted my money back, the manager said sorry about that and gladly retruned my money. I would suggest that maybe the Health department start sending inspectors in restaurants after hours, such as 6-9pm. I bet we would see alot more low scores around town.
