  • Violation of Code: [.05(7)(a)1 ] Interior of ice machine in back bar with mold-like build up (top section). Cleaned at time of inspection. Food contact surfaces must be clean to sight & touch. **Ensure can opener is cleaned between uses.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(6)(b) ] Three spray bottles of chemical not labeled. Labeled at time of inspection. Chemicals must be labeled.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(5)(k) ] Rodent droppings present in cabinet below soda machine (at popcorn service area). Area needs to be cleaned. According to the person in charge that area was serviced by pest control recently. However, he was not able to provide service report. Routinely inspect the premises for evidence of pests and address as needed.  Repeat Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.06(2)(o) ] At time of inspection, observed employee rinse food thermometer in handwash sink. Employee corrected - advised that handsinks must only be used to wash hands. Food thermometer properly cleaned and sanitized. Must ensure handsinks are only used to wash hands. Note: All other times during inspection, observed proper sanitizing of food thermometer by employees.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.07(3)(b) ] Papertowels not provided for front bar handsink. Papertowels provided at time of inspection. Must ensure papertowels are provided for all handsinks.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring while preparing food. Employee wearing bracelet while preparing food. Bracelet removed. Must ensure only a plain ring is worn while preparing food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(4)(g) ] At beginning of inspection, observed cooked chicken wing in vegetable preparation sink. Observed fryer baskets being stored on vegetable preparation sink. Chicken wing discarded and fryer baskets removed. Vegetable preparation sink cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Must ensure vegetable preparation sink is only used to wash fruits and vegetables.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Gasket on the small prep cooler used to store and prepare raw chicken in disrepair (broken and coming off). Must repair or replace gasket. Must ensure all equipment is maintained and in good repair. Technician arrive at time of inspection.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.05(6)(a) ] Equipment not in good repair and not being maintained. Digital readout on mechanical dishmachine not working proper - not providing accurate reading for final wash and final rinse solution. Must repair. Must ensure all equipment (including mechanical dishmachine) is operating properly and in good repair. Note: No violations observed concerning temperature of final wash or rinse of hot water.  New Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Observed (pork eggrolls and Crab Ragoons) sitting on counter out of temperatrue. Person in charge (PIC) discarded items. Potentially hazardous food (PHF) if cold holding must be cold held below 41F.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(f) ] Observed Egg rolls and Crab Ragoons hot holding below 135F. PIC discarded items. Advised PIC that all PHF being hot held must maintain a temperature at or above 135F.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(6)(c)] Observed ribs thawing using an improper method. PIC moved items to thaw properly. Advised PIC must thaw items in one of three ways (1. in cooler 2. under running water in meat sink 3. may cook item from frozen.)  Corrected On-Site.  Repeat Violation.

  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(g) ] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring while preparing food. Bracelet on wrist. Had employee remove bracelet. Employees may not wear jewelry other than a plain ring while preparing food.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.03(5)(i) ] Employee not using an effective means of restraint for hair, beard, or mustache longer than ½ inch while preparing food. Employees must wear an effective restraint for hair, beard, or mustache longer than ½ inch.  Repeat Violation.
  • Violation of Code: [.04(4)(m) ] No QUAT detected in sanitizer solution for cloth towels. Fresh solution prepared. Must maintain adequate sanitizer solution.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
  • Remarks: Wood pallets in separate area for dry storage not approved: 1. Made of raw wood. 2. Do not allow for the easy cleaning of the floor below. Replace wooden pallets with proper storage racks. This facility uses time as a control for food safety - half and half, milk in self-service pitchers. Written procedures on-site. Issued choking poster. Post for public view.
