Six New Shops Opening at the Mall of Georgia

Shoppers at the Mall of Georgia will soon have several new retail options.

On March 22, Mall officials announced the addition of Vans, Brookstone, The Walking Company, Lush, Leonisa and Vanicci Salon as well as renovation and relocation projects for Clarks and Select Comfort.

In April, Brookstone will open its new store across from H&M. A Mall press release describes the store as a “fun, 4,179-square-foot interactive shopping environment.”

The Walking Company will open in May in the Nordstrom wing. The store will offer footwear from manufacturers including Ugg and Dansko.

Vans, a footwear and apparel company, will occupy 3,000 square feet of retail space on level two near Nordstrom. The store is scheduled to open in June.

Also in June, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics will open its new store next to Belk. The company, based in the UK, offers environmentally friendly cosmetics.

VaNicci Salon, which is also opening in the Nordstrom Wing, is what mall officials describe as “an intriguing mix of high fashion and Hollywood glamour.”

The other new store, Leonisa, will open in June near The Disney Store. Leonisa offers custom shape and swimwear.

The reopening for the newly renovated Clarks footwear store is also scheduled for June. Clarks will be located in a 2,500-square-foot space across from Belk. Mattress provider Select Comfort will also relocate in June. The store will be located in the Nordstrom Wing.

The Mall of Georgia is located at 3333 Buford Drive, Buford. The shopping center is home to more than 220 stores.
