The following Dacula area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development:
- 3517 Braselton Highway A-100 – Tenant change permit issued for Bolgheri Tuscan Pizza (old Ippolito's location).
- 2311 Park Valley Way – Permit issued for new construction of a 20’x26’ detached garage.
- 245 Dacula Road – Permit issued for 14 shade structures at Dacula Park.
- 829 Grand Ivey Court - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
- 2556 Holden Spring Drive - Permit issued for construction of single-family residence.
- 675 River Valley Drive - Permit issued for the replacement of a heating and cooling unit.
- 720 Grand Ivey Court – Permit issued for land disturbance only.
- 740 Grand Ivey Court – Permit issued for land disturbance only.
