Good deal. It's a killer to turn left out of that plaza onto Auburn Rd, especially when cars are backed up from the light. This will be a much better option...although Jim Moore Rd backs up quite a bit as well at times.

Turning left out of there onto Auburn Road is practically impossible at times. Unfortunately, like you mentioned, Jim Moore is a nightmare too at certain times of day. I guess they are counting on Jim Moore drivers allowing plaza traffic to either get in front of them on Jim Moore heading towards Auburn Road or letting them turn left (which could be dangerous given how fast some people come flying down that road from Auburn Road). Hopefully we won't have people getting t-boned turning left out of the plaza.

Because there is no right-turn lane on Jim Moore Road, when it backs up on Jim Moore, people will be using this as a cut-through to Auburn Road. I believe that's illegal, but people do it all the time!

Mary - I agree with you. I think we'll see a lot of that. Traffic stacks up waiting to turn left. If there was a way to move the straight and right-turn traffic, that would be one thing, but, as is, there probably will be a lot of people cutting through.

Yes, the old Esso Asso trick. People do it all the time at the Shell accross the street turning right onto Old Fountain Rd from Auburn Rd. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=esso-asso
