Attempted Kidnapping in Brooks Crossing Subdivision

On Tuesday, January 14th, a 7 year old boy playing basketball in his front yard was almost kidnapped. A white male, tall and lean in stature, with brown hair drive past his home and circled the cul de sac in order to turn around. He stopped in front if the home where the boy was playing basketball in his driveway, exited his truck while leaving it running. He sprinted towards the boy, who had only been outside for a couple of minutes as his parents were coming out to play as well. This boy ran for his life inside his home and fortunately got away. The police were called to investigate and were giving a great description. The police didn't write anything down and basically stated there was nothing that can be done without the make and model if the truck. The truck was a black pick up truck. It had been reported as a suspicious vehicle earlier at 1AM on the same day  parents need to be aware of this incident and be on the look out. This little boy knew what to do as he had been taught Stranger Danger. Don't talk, just run. Parents if you see any suspicious vehicle or one that matches this description in your neighborhood, take down the tag number and call the police!

Mr. Lamb, would you be willing to host a free Stranger Danger workshop for kids in our area? Not only would it help our kids but it was also bring you new business if parents could get a taste of what you have to offer!

Mr. Lamb - I think Lynn Soroko has a great idea. It would definitely help keep our kids safe and I would be willing to bet that it would also bring you new business. Could you please think about it and let our neighborhoods know? Thank you!

This is horrible. We got an email sent home this past week from our principal stating that one of our teachers has a 7yr old boy that was almost kidnapped. This past week and the same details as above mentioned. This is very scary to hear of it again in Dacula :(

The police should look at their sex offenders list and see if some of them drive a black truck and go from there. It may be timely but if it can save a precious child from a horrible trauma or even his or her life and get a predator off the streets it would be well worth the time spent!
