Job title: Associate POS support
Job description: Responsible for supporting stores across all Chico’s brands via telephone. This position will provide support via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, procedural questions and network connectivity for all stores.

Job description: Handles incoming internal and external customer contacts using company resources and follows company and brand policies and procedures to provide complete, accurate responses.

Job description: Responsible for coaching for improvement and monitoring and managing the performance of contact center associates. Builds customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service through the coaching and development of customer contact associates.

Job title: Workforce management specialist 
Job description: Primarily responsible for providing overall support to the planning and execution of contact center staffing. Researches and develops staffing forecasts and related reports.
