Employer: City of Dacula
Job description: This employee will receive and process alcohol licenses for completeness, issue business licenses for insurance companies doing business within the city, process account receivables and deposit funds for the accounts. Other duties include answering the telephone and providing information to the public, maintaining court docket books and entering citations into Courtware database.

Qualifications: Prior experience in government work is desired, as well as prior accounting and records maintenance. Applicants must be residents of Gwinnett County to assist in city elections and must have knowledge of administrative procedures and skills in the operation of computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other applicable programs.
