Dacula Docket Book Nov. 5
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between Nov. 1 and Nov. 5. Those arrested and their charges include:
Michael James Aiken, 2851 Michelle Lee Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with an equipment violation, open container, speeding and DUI.
Chyra Jarrid Gaskin, 3176 Dolostone Way, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 1 and charged with a probation violation.

Austin Blake Hamby, 3341 Jim Moore Road, Dacula, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with a probation violation.
Rogelio Santiago Guerra, 2479 Mitford Court, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with driving without headlights and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Tony Othan Smith Jr., 2842 Eunice Holcombe Circle, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with sexual battery. He is also being held for another agency.
Nicole Jessica Regan, 2560 Paul Thomas Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
Sean Michael Eason, 1872 Bakers Mill Road, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with failure to yield after a stop sign, open container and DUI.
Sylvester Williams, 988 Mitford Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 3 and charged with battery.
Megan Aldora Williams, 988 Mitford Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 3 and charged with simple battery.
Maria Luisa Meda, 2707 Stockbridge Way, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 3 and charged with failure to appear.
Mary Elizabeth Porter, 2400 Millwater Crossing, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI.
Jesse Lee Rowland, 648 Bartow Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Nov. 4 and charged with failure to appear.
