Dacula Memorial Day Parade founder Marvin Atherton, who this year organized his 20th Dacula Memorial Day parade, was recognized during the June 6, 2013 Dacula City Council meeting.
"This is not about me. This is all about our veterans and those who fought and gave us freedom," Atherton said.
