Dacula Real Estate Agent Creates Website to Help Homeowners

Local real estate agent Matt Hermes has created a new website to help homeowners gain essential information regarding the subject of foreclosure and short sales.

Matt Hermes, a Gwinnett County, Hamilton Mill and Chateau Elan area real estate specialist with Keller Williams Realty, . With his new website, Hermes hopes to help homeowners with the essential information needed when facing foreclosure hardships.

Hermes’ website, www.PreventAtlantaForeclosure.com, is user-friendly with basic features such as a frequently asked questions section, a glossary of terminology, free reports and valuable information on short sales. Visitors to the website can also access resources that will allow them to receive answers to confidential questions.

“I feel that it is important in today’s economic conditions for homeowners to know that they have options other than the foreclosure route," Hermes said in a released statement. "Statistics show that 50 percent of homeowners facing this stressful situation often ignore the issue and that doesn’t have to be. There are options such as a short sale, especially if the homeowner works with an experienced REALTOR® to provide them assistance in showing the lender the hardship situation and other real estate documentation.”
