Job Description: The branch manager at William Scotsman is responsible for managing the branch financial performance and will work closely with the area manager on budget development and business plans. Branch managers also manage and monitor unit movement, inventories and maintenance as well as conduct monthly sales meetings while monitoring sales activity.

Job Qualifications: Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field. Applicants should have successful managerial experience in modular or construction leasing industry, excellent finance and accounting skills, experience in employee hiring and maintenance of a strong business team and good communication skills. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed as well. Lean/six sigma experience is preferred.
