Job Opening: Quality control technician PM dairy
Company Information: Publix is a large supermarket chain with several stores located in or near Dacula. Publix provides customers with retail grocery items and more specialized services as well.
Job Description: The employee hired for this position will be responsible for supporting all departments with precise product and environmental testing. The dairy quality control technician will provide technical assistance for plant production lines, test products and ingredients, perform environmental and butterfat testing, analyze products, perform plant inspections and more. This is a full time position at the Dacula Publix.

Job Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum two-year degree in Dairy Science, Microbiology or two years laboratory experience. Interested individuals should be at least 18 years of age and capable of lifting 50+ pounds, willing to taste and consume dairy and juice products and a commitment to Publix and their Mission.
