Job Opening: Lab assistant-emergency services education
School Information: Gwinnett Technical College is located at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville and is a short drive from the heart of Dacula. Gwinnett Tech offers over 45 associate degree, diploma and certificate programs and hundreds of seminars and workshops to the community.
Job Description: The lab assistant in the emergency services education department will be directly responsible for assisting the program director in instructing, supervising and evaluating students in the lab and classroom.
Job Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and they need to be licensed in the state of Georgia as an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic. Applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with faculty and students and possess excellent technical skills. Interested individuals with EMT (NREMTI-85) or Paramedic certification from the National Registry of EMT's will be given preference.
