Goodbye Dacula (Well, Sort of …)

Today I say goodbye to one role and hello to another.

“The only thing that is constant is change.” - Heraclitus

I suppose that saying is true. Since Dacula Patch launched December of 2010, many things have changed, but my role as editor has not. Now it is time for that to change too.

Tomorrow, I will begin work as senior community editor for Patch sites in the Gwinnett and Northeast Georgia region. As community editor, I’ll be doing work on all the sites in the region, so I’ll still be around -- just in a different capacity.

Editorial duties for Dacula Patch will transition to the very capable hands of Deanna Allen (Deanna.Allen@Patch.com) and Stephanie Gross (Stephanie.Gross@Patch.com). I know they will do a fantastic job.

I’ve truly enjoyed being the editor of Dacula Patch. I thank all of you for making it such a great experience and I look forward to serving as your community editor.
