Guess the Restaurant Answer: Monte Cristo Sandwich

How well do you know Dacula’s restaurants? Were you able to guess the restaurant just by looking at a photo of one dish?

This week’s featured dish was a Monte Cristo sandwich platter. The Monte Cristo sandwich consists of smoked turkey, honey ham, provolone and American cheese layered on wheat bread and deep fried in a homemade tempura batter. The sandwich is then topped with powdered sugar and served with a side of raspberry jam and fries.
