Police Post Photos of High Tech Peeping Tom - Athens Patch

The Athens Clarke County Police now have a photo of a suspect who was allegedly using a camera phone to take photos, presumably of underwear, under the skirt of a Walmart employee.

The incident happened on November 27, in the store on Lexington Road.

- Cartersville Patch

A local woman said she was robbed at gunpoint Monday night when she knocked on an old friend's door in Cartersville.

About 9:30, the woman and her companion, both 27, knocked on the door of the Akin Road home and reported hearing a man say, "Put that [expletive] up," and "Who is it?," according to the Bartow County Sheriff's Office report.

The man who answered the door said the friend no longer lived there and produced a gun, demanding the victim empty her pockets.

School Paraprofessional Arrested on a Charge of Sexual Battery - Cumming Patch

A paraprofessional at Riverwatch Middle School in south Forsyth County has been arrested and charged with one count of sexual battery against a minor, according to authorities.

Major Dan Jagoe of the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that the Forsyth County school system contacted the sheriff’s office on Monday after a student at the school made an outcry to officials. An investigation was launched immediately and is continuing.

Fourth Robbery Suspect Arrested After Being Shot - Alpharetta-Milton Patch

A fourth suspect in a snatch-and-grab at NorthPoint Mall on Nov. 29 was arrested after being shot in Atlanta.

Isaiah Burt, 25, was taken into custody by Atlanta police after they received a report of a person shot. Atlanta officers discovered the person shot was wanted by Alpharetta police, according to a news release from George Gordon, spokesman for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety.
