House Hunt: Five Apalachee Homes

Take a look at five homes in the Apalachee area priced from $200,000 to $300,000.

As the number of homes on the market decreases this time of year, it can become more and more difficult to find the perfect fit for your family. One of the most common searches we do for potential buyers is for homes between $200,000 and $300,000. There are currently 87 homes on the market in this price range in Dacula, 13 in the sought after Apalachee neighborhoods. This week, House Hunt takes a close look at five such houses.  Click on the address link for all the details of that particular property.

1.  2600 Preston Ridge Lane - $266,000

This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home in Apalachee Farms Sterling Green overlooks the first fairway of the fabulous Trophy Club.
