House Hunt: Five Apalachee Homes

As the number of homes on the market decreases this time of year, it can become more and more difficult to find the perfect fit for your family. One of the most common searches we do for potential buyers is for homes between $200,000 and $300,000. There are currently 87 homes on the market in this price range in Dacula, 13 in the sought after Apalachee neighborhoods.
