House Hunt: Five Homes In Mill Creek Cluster

This week, we take a look at five homes in the Mill Creek High School district priced between $200,000 and $300,000.

This price range is typically where potential buyers start having options such as basements, swim/tennis communities and other such upgrades. The majority of them have been reduced in asking price.
