House Hunt: Five Homes Priced Between $200,000 and $300,000

A look at five homes around Dacula that are attractively priced between $200,000 and $300,000.

There are almost 250 homes on the market in Dacula currently, ranging in price from as low as $50,000 to over $500,000.  Of those, close to 75 properties are listed between $200,000-$300,000, one of the most commonly searched price ranges in recent months. This week's House Hunt focuses on these highly sought after properties with five examples around Dacula.  Click the address link for all the details of that particular listing. 

1.  3612 Treybyrne Crossing $300,000
