House Hunt: Five Price Reductions

Five Homes in the Dacula area that have been reduced in asking price.

Now that we are closer to the typically busy summer months, this week's House Hunt is taking a closer look at a few homes reduced in price since going on the market. This can be a great indicator of a motivated seller who is ready for a contract, as their home could have been on the market for longer than they expected. There are 266 homes on the market in Dacula this week and just about one fourth of them have been reduced. Below are five such homes in a variety of price ranges. Click the address link for all the details of that particular property.
