House Hunt: Hamilton Mill Price Reductions

Now that we are in the middle of the typically busy summer months, this week's House Hunt is taking a closer look at a few Hamilton Mill homes reduced in price since going on the market. This can be a great indicator of a motivated seller who is ready for a contract, as their home could have been on the market for longer than they expected. There are 229 homes on the market in Dacula this week and just about 25 percent of them have been reduced. Below are five such homes between $300,000 and $350,000, all in Hamilton Mill.
