House Hunt: Homes with Extra Spaces

One of the most common requests heard from potential buyers is for a full, finished basement. A basement can be useful for a variety of reasons given the amount of living space it adds to a home. Media rooms, secondary bedrooms, office, rec rooms and even extra storage space all are common features in the homes House Hunt takes a look at this week. In addition to having a finished terrace level, all these homes have five or more bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for today's family.
