House Hunt: Ranches Under $200,000

A look at five attractively priced ranch homes around Dacula.

A ranch home offers convenience and appeal for a variety of reasons.  Many potential home owners appreciate having all their living space on one main level. A master bedroom on the main level is a common request even for those open to a two-story home.  Empty nesters, newly married couples and other traditional buyers often find a ranch to be a perfect new home.  There are currently over 260 homes on the market in Dacula and about 25 percent of them are ranches.  House Hunt is taking a good look at five examples this week, all priced under $200,000. Click the address link for all the details of that particular property.
