House Hunt: Short Sales in Dacula

Gwinnett County is at an 11-year low when it comes to the number of houses on the market, and Dacula is following a similar pattern.  Potential buyers may find it more and more time consuming to get that perfect home for their family. On the other hand, potential sellers may find themselves in a surprisingly favorable situation with multiple buyers showing interest in their property. Short sales are known for taking considerably longer than traditional sales or even foreclosures, but maybe now is a good time to consider one since options are somewhat limited. There are currently around 275 homes on the market in Dacula and only 30 of them are short sales. This week, House Hunt is taking a close look at five examples.
