Isolated Thunderstorms Possible This Afternoon and Evening
Severe weather most likely to occur between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m.
A series of strong upper level disturbances will bring a chance for isolated strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Cloud to ground lightning, strong gusty winds and large hail are possible. The primary area of concern is along and north of a line from Franklin to Covington to Washington. Severe weather, including a possibility of tornadic activity, is most likely to occur between 2 p.m. this afternoon and 10 p.m. this evening.
